We use a pier foundation with wet set brackets and a 2x8 solid composite grade board; both of these together make for a stronger and longer-lasting building with zero chance of rot.
Advanced engineering
Each Fischer Construction building is specially engineered for your zip code and use, with MSR lumber, and M23 columns, the strongest in the. Our trusses use the same MSR lumber and incorporate 2x4s only for the webs, unlike a lot of competitors who use 2x4s for the entire truss.
